Type – Residential, 1 Bedroom High-rise residence
Concept – Tear down the interior walls to maximize living, enjoy life in a modern and free minimalist open layout.

Most of the interior walls in this house have been tearing down to open up the space. Only one bedroom remained, and a glass half-wall was positioned in between kitchen and living room as space divider. The owner decided to keep only the essentials, maximize living by removing everything unnecessary. With the used of glass, steel, wooden furniture in clean and straight lines, created a modern and minimalist environment with plenty of natural elements.

The owner embraces the ‘less is more’ minimalist aesthetic, displaying only the essential and exceptional functional pieces in home for a simplified way to live.
