Concept – Muji-inspired home, a restrained design perfectly balanced practicality and style.
It’s a dream home. Not a big one, not too fancy. Very livable with details passionately reflecting the owner and his personality.
How big can be consider good size for a 3-bedroom condo? 862 square feet, sounds not big enough? The design proves that you don’t need as much space as you think to build a home beauty in form and practical in function.
Designed with a good grasp of footage, the designer perfectly maximized the social zone by opened up layout between living and dining, and, still have enough space allocate for 3-bedrooms.
The house is mainly done in white and pale wood for a restrained manner. Doors in Mint Green stand out as focal point against the stark white, complete a livable, simple and minimalist aesthetics.
The front door open right into the dining space upon entering the house. A low wall strategically positioned in between entryway and dining effectively split up the zone function, in a space saving way.
Open layout between living and dining, perfectly maximized the social zone.
Form follows function. Designed with purpose in mind, a house with perfect equilibrium of practicality and style.
Wood accent wall behind the TV. An aviation art-print on floor is one of the elements link to owner’s enthusiasm for aviation.
Best suited to small spaces – Two-seater beige sofa goes beautifully with warm wood tones and stark white walls. Whilst the bean bag seat being a nice alternative in living room due to its light weight and flexibility to move.
Natural light abundantly fills in the house, bringing with a sense of calm and serene.
It’s not difficult to create an extra study nook in a tiny apartment. A wall mounted table top close the window paired with folding step ladder chair; a corner good for studying, writing, and reading. Whilst the blinds controlled and softly diffused light.
Natural warmth – green plants is a perfect match for wood. Freshness and pleasant, houseplants have a positive effect on mood and psyche.
